Sterling Silver “Grape Leaf” Mint Dish by Blackington

This is a sterling silver mint dish (or possibly a teabag holder?) that is in the shape of a leaf from a grape vine. It is very naturally sculpted with realist veining in the leaf and a serrated edge. It is marked “STERLING 501” and it also has the R. Blackington & Co., from North Attleboro, Mass., logo on it as well. It measures approximately four and three quarter inches long and four and one quarter inches wide.

There are three more “leaves” in this series that are being offered as well, a maple leaf, an oak leaf and an elm leaf. So, owning a set of four is possible. All of the leaves are in excellent vintage condition.
